重力訓練 永不嫌遲 (老年人最需要)






91歲的老太太曾經連續跌倒三次,在友人建議下,參加重力訓練,不出幾個月,她就脫離輪椅車與助行器,可以自由行走,平衡感變好了,走路不再跌倒。



年紀大了,肌肉變少,體力下降,是老化的現象。重力訓練,增加肌肉,增加體力,可以減緩老化的過程。
