  勇敢去敲貴人的門 文字內容:   勇敢去敲貴人的門 昨天聽了一場演講，是 管家賢 老師的「勇敢去敲貴人的門」，這個題目也是他最近出版的新書書名，雖然只有短短三十分鐘但對我卻受益無窮，他引用股神巴菲特所說的「你所景仰的人會影響你一輩子」做為開場白。我第一想到的就是自己在過去人生當中曾經崇拜過景仰過的人，確實影響了我蠻多的思維與人格。譬如說唸書的時候很愛看「 馬 蓋先」這部影集，所以一直到現在我對「科普」方面的知識一直都很感興趣，以及拜讀紀錄美國第一位非裔國務卿鮑爾的書「鮑爾風範」也改變我對人際關係的一些看法 … 。但對一些一輩子不曾崇拜或景仰過任何人的朋友而言，他是不是常覺得茫然而不知道目標，這點是很值得瞭解的。 其實 整場演講最精華的部份 就是書名兩側的對聯「 千變萬變不如自己改變，千點萬點不如貴人指點 」這就是「勇敢去敲貴人的門」這門學問的心法，其它不過都是技巧與方法而已，因為如果自己不願意改變，學再多的方法與技巧不過都只是花拳繡腿，你可以說的頭頭是道，真正上陣就知道有沒有真本事。 另外老師提到了好幾次品德，這點讓我感觸非常深，因為台灣政壇這幾年對於人才的判斷，顏色立場早就凌駕品德與專業，非我族類就算你的品德與能力都得到社會大眾的肯定，一樣把你貶的一文不值，造成官場上佞臣當道小人橫竄，很多有能力的人寧可待在民間也不願意當官。 其實德與與才互為補充，互相滲透，互相影響，有人因為本身才幹不足而打歪主意，以致才少而損德；有些人因為私心而造成分心，致使思想和精神無法集中在當前的工作上；有些人因為修養不夠好，以致感情用事而蒙蔽理智。再回頭看那些曾經叱吒風雲而如今身繫囹圄的人，就更能懂的如果老天爺給了我們才能和機會，我們更要好好珍惜千萬不要走錯路產生貪念與非分之想。 以下就跟大家分享我所紀錄的重點，希望對你有所幫助。 n 人生有三次機會，一出生名門、二嫁取豪門、三結識貴人 n 當自己的貴人，一提升自己的能量、二充實自己的內涵、三調整自己的情緒 n 懂得辨識貴人，一是能力、二是品德 n 主動尋找貴人，一是演講的主講人、二是課程研討會的同學、三是商業社團領導人，「互相幫忙，活在天堂」 n 用服務請教貴人 成長五力：生命力、學習力、成長力、競爭力、執行力 n 做機會給貴人...
